How To Make Money Catering

What are the catering qualifications and anything else needed to become a party buffet caterer?

After doing lots of buffets for friends and families, many people have suggested that we make a business out of it as they have been so pleased with our results, even better than people they have hired for 3 times the money.
So I was wondering what would be needed? I would imagine at least a basic health and safety certificate, and public liability insurance.
So, basically, does anyone know how much the insurance might be for a venture like this, and if there’s any other qualifications etc. we may need?
