How do you make chap-stick with household items?

Since the fall is here, and winter is coming around the corner, I have had some major, peeling, crispy, flaky lips… Anyway, I cannot afford to buy chapstick, as I am saving my money for my groceries, etc. I have recently gotten laid off from being a cashier at Wal * Mart, and I have no prior experience in the beauty department! Those of you who know beauty inside and out, please enlighten me with your wonderful tips! All tips are appreciated…and please reply quickly! My lips are getting quite flaky!

Try mixing Vaseline, your favorite NATURAL color of blush or eyeshadow (pink,plum,etc.) and mix them. That creates a nice, smooth, pretty balm. I hope this helped.
