How To Make Money Handicapping

I’m bi polar and I have SAD does that make me handicap as far as an apartment manager will be concerned? I can get a doctors note backing it up.

The application requires a refference from a landlord from the last 5 years, I’m 21 and am moving out of my parents home and have not paid rent. How do I explain that?

I have bad credit/ very little credit but I make enough money per paycheck (they require a gross that is 2 times the amount of the rent and i make about 3) think I will still be considered?

How do I know if I qualify for subsidies from the government?

I’m applying for affordable, if at another time I get a job that places me out of range of being able to live there (by excess not by losing money) can I be evicted for making too much money?

I fall withtin the 30% range for affordbles which means my rent will be less then $500, I make about $1400 a month
