I live in Miami, FL and there are places to rake leaves or snow shuvel money so that people respond.
Offer to do chores for your parents, siblings, grandparents, neighbors, etc. or babysitter is always an easy way to make money. If you choose the child I suggest first-aid/babysitting to take a class. This will give you more attractive to parents.
