What currency should i exchange my U.S. dollars into in order to make money in about 3 to 4 years?

Since I am a teenager, I only have about a $1000. However, after hearing about the inflation of the dollar, and to have a little experience I would like to exchange that into some other currency to see how much money i can make in like 2 or 3 years. What currency would be the best in this case, and how do i do it?

I see two opportunities currently, the Chinese market and metals. For specific currency, investing in the Chinese Market is a great route; this is a boom economy and will be a major superpower/economic power in the future.

An even better choice would be to change the money into metals, such as gold or silver. As inflation increases and the US dollar decreases, it would be a solid investment to put your money in metal. If I were you and had only $1000, I would invest in silver. I have actually bought silver over the Internet from an exchange and seen a return within the last year.
