The gas tax holiday is temp. and oil companies can raise the price the amount of those taxes(like they did the last time it was tried) .Drilling he said, would have only a psychological effect. Phil Graham, McCains top economic advisor, said we are in a mental recession.McCain also wants to give a reward of $300,000,000. to anyone that can come up with a new battery for cars(mind you no one has done it yet, and if you did you would make a hell of alot more money than that).So if his policies are mostly psychological, how will we know if they have worked? Do you think he will use mass hypnosis? And has he already started on Fox News?
