cheap bbq recipes!?

im having a bbq memorial day weekend about 20-30 people. im looking for the cheapest way to have a great bbq! and lots of food! how can i make my money stretch! anyone know any good recipes that are inexpensive !
right now my bbq list entails.
hamburgers
hot dogs
kebabs
macaroni salad
and regular salad
and ziti.

Gotta have some B-B-Q beans or it wouldn/t be a B-B-Q. They are good and cheap!
Get a large disposable aluminum pan, the kind you cook turkeys in. That way you don’t have to clean it!
Several large cans Pork and Beans (Van Camp’s are best).
Add one small bottle catsup, one small jar mustard, one large chopped onion, and something sweet (I’ve used a little brown sugar, or honey, or maple sirup, or even jelly). Stir up everything, taste and adjust as you go (it’s all cooked, so tasting is fine and addicting!).
When you get the taste just right, put into 375 degree oven for about an hour. [I set mine on a cookie sheet if the disposable pan seems flimsy]
You can make this several hours in advance and leave at room temperature.
If you have bacon, a couple of slices, chopped, make this even better.
