How To Make Money Suing

Do stores really discriminate?
I have been hearing a lot of complaints about how stores are no longer accommodating to the plus size population. They call it discrimination but as a libertarian, I believe that stores should be able to sell whatever they want or whatever they feel they sell the most of. I am 5’0″ overweight so it is impossible to find jeans in my size but I don’t think the store is trying to discriminate against short people, they simply do not sell enough short jeans to buy a surplus. I know there are special stores and online sources where I can purchase petite clothing so it has never seemed like an issue.
Bias Alert
This just seems like one more thing obese people can make money off of. They sue fast food chains and now they claim that Old Navy is sizist. I don’t understand why stores shouldn’t be allowed to sell whatever they want and the people like me who have unusual body types just have to deal with it and buy clothes online or get them tailored.
If there is a demand for products any business will do anything to make that money. Old Navy, Ambercrombie and Finch and others sell to a demographic and large people including me aren’t in it. Look, sexy sells for more money then a big bag for me. I can get that at Wal-Mart.
