Are there more note buyers in the marketplace than note holders that want to sell their notes?

I am thinking of subscribing to a company that sells information on how to get into the cash flow business by uniting folks who want to sell their real estate notes with note buyers. Before I invest my time and money, I want to make sure there is a substantial number of note holders in the market place who are willing to sell their notes and that finding them is not an insurmountable task.

I bought a book “Invest in Debt” that explained everything you have to do to buy mortgages. I owned 40 different mortgages. I got them by loaning the money directly to home buyers. I only have 1 today for $63,000. I get letters every week from people who want to “Invest in Debt” and buy my mortgage. I’m not selling.
Skip the subscription. You can have all the info yourself. The Recorder’s Office in your county has everything you need. I promise you that there are not a substantial number of us who want to sell our realty notes.
